Two of the three major issues I took my vehicle in for were not addressed. The seat belt issue on the rear passenger side remains, I was told this is ‘just they way it is’, though the seat belt on the drivers back works perfectly. The third tail light lens that flew off while I was driving was not ‘covered’, and I was quoted $343 dollars to replace. I paid for the 60,000 mile service, and that and an oil change is what I received. I am very grateful for the loaner vehicle, as I live 60 miles from the dealer, however, I’m disappointed that the issues above were not addressed.
Tyler did a phenomenal job. Stayed in constant contact and was a phone call or text away for anything that might’ve came up. By far the best experience I have had and will continue to go to Tyler for any of my service needs. 10/10

Tyler is the best service advisor up there, I’ve had some not so great experiences with service at Grapevine Ford, and I sure am glad they hired him. This is my second run in with Tyler and he always has a great attitude and he is on top of his guys in the shop. He even went above and beyond with trying to get off tar on my truck that I happened to pick up in a construction zone on the highway. Great guy with great service coming from a guy who has been dealing exclusively with Grapevine Ford for all my vehicles for many years.
The only concern I had was I had to wait over 1.5 hours for an oil change and when I walking around I witnessed the mechanic working on my truck talking to another mechanic instead of working on my truck. Alfredo was perfect and took care of me grapevine has always been good to me. I will be back in a couple of weeks for a transmission flush.

We got quick service which was appreciated, no loaner vehicle was available. We are still concerned with solution of more driving required to keep battery charged due to all the electronic features drawing on the battery when not running.
