Jody gave me the worst experience i have ever recieved over my vehicle. I never thought a woman in this industry would try her best to take advanage of another female client. She was rude, didn't get anything done that I asked, and lied to my husband about what I asked for. Her manager is trying to make it right, but after this, I'm not very confident in this place anymore. I left here with my check engine light still on, 1 of 3 things i asked to be looked at when i dropped my car off, but according to Jody, I never mentioned it to her because it wasn't on her ticket. Hopefully they rectify the situation tomorrow, or I am going above their heads and taking my business else where.
