I made an appointment and had to wait a week and a half before you had an opening. When I took it in it was two days before they started working on it. What’s the sense of having an appointment if you don’t work on it the day of the appointment. All that was done was reattaching a sensor in the front bumper. It took three hours labor because they had to remove the bumper to get to the center. Three hours with a 10:00 AM appointment should’ve been completed by the end of that workday. I would not be so upset but this happens often when I have an appointment with service and a rental car provided it rarely gets done that day

I had a lot of work done to my Mustang, it was done in a timely manner and I purposely waited a few days to fill this out so I could drive the car. Everything is working great and gives a ride like it’s brand new, I am very satisfied with the results. Please thank Mark and all the technicians that worked on the car for delivering 100% satisfaction.
