My lease is up in September. I’m on my second F150 but am leaning toward a GM vehicle solely because Sewell sells GMC trucks. I have bought multiple vehicles from Sewell in the past. As good as my experience was with Aaron the overall Sewell service model absolutely crushes Grapevine and any other Ford dealer. They will pick up my vehicle and leave me with a loaner (of equal or better quality) and drive my vehicle back to me upon completion…even for an oil change. If I’m paying a luxury price of $60k or more for my truck I want a luxury experience with the service. I’d love to see Grapevine Ford catch up in this area.
Poor communication regarding completion of factory recall repair item saw us having to visit service center in person only to find vehicle not ready and at the last possible opportunity get a replacement vehicle.
Also Issues around service agreement setup through another metroplex dealership for work carried out on a previous visit.
Mark Filler is a professional and honest. He did a great job.
I ended up being satisfied, but there was a bit of confusion about the whole process using the app to schedule an oil change. I now understand the best course of action is to call my service rep and schedule things directly with him!
Car was serviced and washed within an hour, and service writer was professional and courteous.

Scheduling an appointment is pointless due to backlog. Met with advisor 4/21/21 to be told it'll be a week before vehicle can be serviced so kept our Explorer. We didn't hear back for a over a week until 4/29/21 when computer texted the vehicle is in final stages of repair when it wasn't even there. This is in response to another computer text that thinks the vehicle service is complete after being told I could drop it off on May 4th. This is third repair of same issue caused by design flaw.

Grapevine Ford was great. Having to pay to replace an alternator on a 2017 truck with 29,000 on it is ridiculous.
Aaron stayed in constant contact and gave updates when available. I felt well informed the entire time and he handled all of my questions.
