I was second in line at the quick lane at 7:00 am. I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. I work just behind the dealership and I was going to pick it up later around noon when I was going to lunch. When I got back to the dealership around noon my truck had not been worked on yet. They said they would work on it next. I walked up to the corner and got a Schotzskys sandwich and walked back to my work. They called me 45 minutes later and said it was ready. When I dropped it off at 7:00am he asked me if I wanted my truck washed I said no because I had things in the back . When I picked the truck at 6:45pm I noticed on the paperwork that the truck had a complimentary basic wash completed. When I went out to get in my truck I looked to see if it was washed, it wasn’t. This all wasn’t a big thing to me but I know people and they would have had an issue with it

First let me make it very clear I was very satisfied with the service I received at Grapevine Ford for all 9 years I have lived in Texas. My negative feedback is regarding the third party vendor you are using as your answering service. Quite frankly they were horrible, could not answer the most basic questions nor transfer me to an actual Grapevine employee to assist me. That company doesn’t represent the otherwise exceptional team at Grapevine Ford well at all. Thanks for listening.

The service advisor told me that the recall parts previously installed in November were not under any kind of warranty so he couldn’t do anything to repair the problem unless I paid out of pocket. After contacting Ford directly I was informed that the parts do have a 12 month warranty and all he needed to do was contact Ford to submit the claim. After getting me in immediately to diagnose the problem, he is now saying it will be several weeks before I can bring it back to get it fixed. I feel that I’m getting the run around and am completely frustrated that I’m having to deal with a failed recall installation plus poor customer service.

Jason was terrific in helping out to semi finish, the recall issue. He really did all he could do. Now about the mother ship Ford motor co. Ford has sent me several letters about a recall air bag. Twice, I have taken the car to get I fixed. Twice I was told that they did not have the parts. Third time was with Jason at the controls. Amazing with letters in hand, stating that this is a dangerous that can cause serious INJURY OR DEATH, and Ford still can not provide the customer the parts. YGBSM! Jason is a good man. Too bad Ford Motor Co, sets up good employees like him to have to take the brunt of their customers when it is not the tech rep fault. Jason did say he would personally call us for an appointment whenever the parts came in. Lets pray that there is not an accident between now and then causing injury or death like the Ford's letter says.

Pete’s the best. Simple as that. I’m hoping to be able to buy the Raptor R from GV Ford. I wasn’t able to buy my last Raptor from GV Ford. They refused to sell it to me for the Sticker price. I just went down the road and got it for sticker. Actually, slightly less than sticker. But, I saved 10,000.00 just by driving 20 minutes further. Anyway, no matter where I buy my next Raptor, I will be taking it to Pete.
