2018 F450 32k miles. Defective RF tire. Chunks came off from the inside of the tire. LF is starting to do the same.
I am the original owner and have warranty paperwork from Continental which states that the tires need to be handled thru a Dealership.
I understand that Grapevine Ford does not warranty the tires but my concerns were not considered. It felt like I was being sold a set of new tires.
I went to another local dealership who took the time to find the correct phone number to Continental tires.
Yes, I had to initiate the transaction, but they took over from there.
You guys didn’t even try.
It’s disappointing to me that my “go-to” dealership did not step up like the other dealership has done.
Jody continues to do an amazing job, always available to communicate about the status of our vehicle.

I did not see my Service Representative when I dropped off my car, or when I picked it up today. I had an appointment, so I thought I’d see him. He was not expecting me when I picked up, so that’s excusable. My car was not brought to me. I drove it out on my own.
Chris did a great job I’m happy.
Jason was great unfortunately power outage at building and wrong part item held my truck repair up.
Jody was asking good questions to make sure the problems I was having were under stood. The time to fix she stated were right on. My car was completed as stated. Actually it was do ne early.
