Needed a key made. Simple task. Made the appointment online stating the service I wanted. (Pre-paid $500 when I bought the car) I showed up - sent to the Lincoln bay. Left my car for hours / borrowed a family car to show properties (real estate agent). Got a call that whatever is used to make the key “has been broken since yesterday”. I got a ride back to pick up my car. No key. U people are totally inept.

No concern that I pay for an extended warranty that includes a loaner vehicle, but since they ‘don’t have any available’ the best I can get is a ride. I also was told I would hear from them when the part came in around Tuesday, but it is Friday and nobody has contacted me, not even to let me know there is a delay. I was also told I would need to plan to be without my vehicle all day, maybe 2, but I would not likely have a loaner nor a rental car.
I will not be going to back to Grapevine Ford, even though it is minutes from my house.

Miguel was great! He kept me in the loop the entire time. I appreciate him communicating with me in a regular basis.
Miguel has again exceeded expectations. His updates kept us informed of inspection status and then the diagnosis . We hope the techs are as good as he is!!

I’ve always received great service there but not this time. I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation and got there at 8:30 AM. They told me my truck would be ready in about two hours but it took them until past 4:00 PM, also, they told me they would send a lift driver to pick me up at my place but they forgot to do it, I had to call customer service and that’s when they finally scheduled the lift driver. One I got to the dealership service area, there was no one there to assist me with paying for the service and give me my truck keys, I had to go to the other area to look for someone to help me.
Chris was there the minute i walked in the door, Made sure I was comfortable. Answered all my questions, made sure i had all my needs were met. Ensured I had a ride to the mall and one to pick me up. Made sure everything was to my liking. Told me goodbye as i left and nice to meet me. He was very kind, polite and ensured I had a giod experience. Thank you to Chris!
