Primary concern was lack of communication. Dropped the car off last Monday, no appointment so I knew it would take a couple days to get to it. Called your dealership both Thursday and Friday, was unable to speak to any service writer either day, was promised a call back that never came. Had to renew my rental car Monday, so I stopped by, and was told the car was ready. Still no communication initiated from your facility until this email. I will put up with a lot, as long as you communicate clearly what is going on. John G
