Very pleased at how stress free Jason made the repair process. The communication was thorough yet simply done.
There was limited communication. No acknowledgement or apology that this was a redo of something that was supposed to be fixed a few weeks ago. I kept getting texts saying we were in good hands and things were progressing well several days before you even had the car. Stop the texting acknowledgment if it’s just an automated response.
Jody was awesome. My issue is that when I called to make an appointment the company said they could take me right in which they did. The problem was that there there were at least 38 cars in front of me. I wasted three days while my car just sat there. I eventually just picked it up and returned it a few days later when the company was actually ready for my car. All was then fixed snd Jody communicated well. I truly believe your current approach of taking reservations when you know you will not be able to get to the car for several days is wrong and will only negatively affect your reputation. Again Jody was great but your company policy on reservations is not a good one.
Pete was a great serviceman. Concerning on how busy your people are, they have all done great! Exception, your call center is not good. Very frustrating. Service on my car from the service technicians was excellently, kind and helpful, super impressed!

Slow/no response. Never acknowledged that we had to come back and redo the same issue. Started getting updates on the status of the car 3 days before you even had the car. Frustrating
