My car never had problems starting before, then when my car was returned they said they couldn’t start it and that I had a leak in my battery which I thought was very odd . I got to my destination and turned it on and off with no problems. It just gave me a very uneasy feeling about going back in the future.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had servicing my car and I will never return to Martin chevrolet. I have also written a negative yelp review. I have so many issues with the level of service as well as with Robert. I had an appointment at 9:45 and wasn’t even helped until about 10:30. Robert was extremely rude and inconsiderate throughout the entire time I was there. I got a call that my car was done. No one told me what time I could pick it up or what time they closed. I arrived at 5:10 and everyone was gone. The sales people told me “sorry they didn’t leave your keys with us and there’s nothing we can do”. It is now Sunday night. I don’t have my car. I don’t have any of my work belongings because they were in my car. I had to Uber to Santa Monica (where I live) and I have no way of getting to work tomorrow. I had to call my landlord to come let me into my apartment because my house keys were also with my car keys. This absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I would like to speak to someone at length about this over the phone and would like to make a more formal complaint.

Just an overpriced carwash. Inside of car was not even wiped in some areas. Left message to service advisor, was not contacted back. Through the years I buy cars at Martin, but continue to be unsatisfied with service dpt consistantly.
