Alvin was a great service advisor and provided me with great knowledge on my vehicles recommended services so I know when to come back again, and chad the technician also was great and showed me a couple things on my vehicle while getting my vehicle serviced. Great team, knows how to get you in and out while knowing how to get the done done efficiently.
Rich is always good when I take my car in, if I get him as a service tech that is. Everyone else can take their cues from him, in terms of what it means to offer quality service. Unfortunately, I don’t get this service from everyone, which makes for an unpleasant experience. Rich actually listens as he knows that I currently wished I had never purchased a Chev for my 1st new car, due to all the problems I have been having with a brand new car. So, any pleasant experience is always welcomed.
