After arriving on time for my 9:30 a.m. appointment, I did not receive my car until 12:15 p.m. The only thing that was done was a complimentary inspection. I was also supposed to have a complimentary car wash which was not done. I sat and waited while people were coming after me and leaving before me. I am tending to think that because my service was complimentary, the other people were handled before me as it was evident that their appointments were after mine. I purchased my car from Martin Chevrolet, and this displeases me greatly.
