I appreciate William didn’t keep me waiting. He immediately met me when I pulled up and started the process to check me in as well as make recommendations for maintenance. He kept me posted and followed up when my vehicle was ready. He has a great disposition and was very friendly.

Unbelievable price gouging. I'm having the work done elsewhere for less than half of what Martin Chevrolet wanted to charge me even with the "discount". Highway robbery. Do not contact me as it is not the service advisor's fault.

My main complaint with the service department stems from the service crew working on the vehicles. Maybe weekends are under staffed but the process takes very long on the weekends. After getting called about my vehicle being done, I still waited 45min after paying for the service for my vehicle to get washed, which wasn’t really cleaned. There were still spots all over my vehicle. My wife considered getting a Chevy but because of the service at Martin Chevy she would never consider getting a car there due to it being the only one in the city. She raves about how the service department at ford treats there customers and how I should have bought a ford

Michael was professional and prompt with his updates on the progress of my repairs. Also, I left my wallet under the front seat of my car and didn't realize it until I was on my way to pick up the car. Called Michael. It was still there and he retrieved it and left it for me with the cashier. I was so happy that it was still there. Everyone was was honest on top of being efficient and professional. I appreciate the extra special care. Thank you.

The worst service ever! Took it in, couldn't find the problem after 2 days, ruined our battery, can't start the car this morning. Had to call AAA for service. Don't think we will ever do business with Martin Chevrolet ever again

The truck now shakes at 64 mph. It was smooth before I brought it in. I’m not happy with this and wish the tires hadn’t been rotated without balancing as well. Not happy that I’ll have to spend more time and possibly $ getting it back to normal. I don’t feel safe on the highway and worry about driving my kids around.
