Alex has taken care of my Kia cars for 5 years an displays excellent customer service an is very knowledgeable of the Kia brand. He is an exemplary service technician an treats me an my son like family. He explains everything in depth on what is needed for our cars. He definitely deserves recognition for the outstanding performance he gives his Kia clients. Please put him in for a raise or bonus because of him I choose Kia of Concord to service my cars over the other Kia dealerships. Thanks, Marion P
