Had my first negative experience from a young lady that worked in the service department. Curt, not at all like the Cadillac experience that I have had for over forty years. I used a difference representative, Stephen Ferraro, who was wonderful as usual.
Check me out I never complain, but I was taken back by the attitude. This young lady may be good at her job, but she lacks in people skills.
I only bring my car to gold coast. I live 40minutes away and still come back.
