Everything was great except when I got back in my car the a/c was set below 65 degrees.
Even if someone needed a/c for the 120 seconds drive, I think that’s a little excessive

Gold Coast always comes through with their service. From the initial phone call to book the appt to driving out the service station with my car performing better than before!
Had transmission problem. Good Coast suspected the wrong trans fluid was put in, quickly decided the vehicle warranty will be voided. I took the vehicle back to shop to have them check the trans fluid and it was done correctly. The vehicle runs better and the trans is fine.

Although this is the second time I’ve had to return my vehicle back to address the same problem within months I will say that Bonnie was very courteous and sent me multiple messages about the status of my vehicle thru out. I was promptly settled into a nearly brand new loaner vehicle as well. I just got my vehicle back today so I can’t attest to the repair being a complete success I will say that the experience and Bonnie both have been extremely professional. Thank You to all who had a hand in helping with it. Bonnie is a credit to your dealership.
