It has been over a month since I’ve been contacted for service I’m waiting to have done on my certified pre-owned XT5. When I purchased the vehicle, I noticed the driver’s seat cadillac emblem was missing. Simple right?! Service looked at it and they told me a new seat needed to be ordered. I’m still waiting for a call.
