My experience from before I even entered the dealership was amazing! I texted Ryan Hills, my salesman, to help me arrange for a courtesy vehicle. When I entered the service department the check in person greeted me by name (he had my license picture in his hand from the information I texted Ryan) and proceeded to introduce me to Bonnie while he got my vehicle ready. Bonnie reviewed what was going to be done for my first service and I mentioned a brake sound I was hearing. She put it all in the computer and I was on my way (in less than 10 minutes). I went to work the next morning and within an hour of my appointment time, Bonnie called and emailed that my vehicle was ready and they corrected the brake issue. I finished work for the day, returned to the dealership and was immediately greeted by another service department member and Bonnie and was out the door in less than 10minutes (with no charge as it was my first appointment)! I have never been more impressed with such outstanding service. When I was purchasing the vehicle, I was hesitant to agree to taking the car back to the dealership for service. I told Ryan that I have never had a positive experience with dealership service departments and usual see a private mechanic. He told me to give them a try and I’m so happy I did!
