I was disappointed to hear I was sold a vehiclethat was 1year and 5 months old, which explains why I needed an oil change already when I bought the car in August and now only have less than 1700 miles on it. Not a real big deal but Ray Catena always washed my car they didn’t send me across the street. The people in service were great not their fault I’m a little disillusioned

As always, dealing with your service department was a great experience. Steve patiently explained the findings and patiently explained my options. (I also need to mention Bonnie who has always been so helpful.). Arranging for a loaner car was quick and efficient, and I was out of the dealership in record time. Everyone there is respectful and helpful. As I face the prospect of purchasing a new car, the reliability of your service department is a major factor in my decision; I continue to have absolute trust in their recommendations. And of course I rely on Ryan Hill in helping me when I am ready to purchase. In fact, several other customers in the waiting room were also praising your service department.
