Ive always had great customer care at Gold Coast. My most recent visit, under the great care of John Miller was awesome. John went over and above to take care of my car, I cant put in words how pleasantly surprised I was of the final outcome. John is certainly an asset. I hope this service continues. I love my Cadillac SRX.

I have had 2 previous Escalades. Both serviced by Gold Coast. I purchased a2021 Escalade from you. Part of the reason for spending 98,000 on a vehicle is the service. I would have bought at Pine Belt Cadillac, which is 5 minutes from my house, if I had known how horrible your service dept had become. I understand no one wants to work. I myself am a small business owner. But when the only 2 people when you drive into your service area can’t get off their cell phones to acknowledge you. That’s wrong. Your best employee is the loaner man!! Give him a raise and take it from the salary of the 2 Uninterested “technicians “

If I would’ve taken my vehicle to any regular repair shop they would’ve said I needed pads and rotors, took my money and sent me on my way.
