Phillip was very polite and showed professional service.

They took me same day for oil change and to look at my tire. It was very busy but they fit me in. Bonnie was very nice as usual and attentive. Great service and love my Cadillac!

Great service

I brought my truck in with 28k miles. Instead of waiting I took a loaner for an oil change and tire rotation. Good thing I didn’t wait for the service Bc after the 1 1/2 hr service I was called to see if I wanted the 4 recommended services for 30k miles which took an extra 1 1/2. The part I didn’t understand is why I wasn’t asked if I wanted to do those services prior Bc if they were standard 30k mile services they would have been known in advance. One of my services included a tire rotation and realignment and when I was getting my truck back I was told that they could hear my hub bearing was bad. I was little confused as to how it was heard bringing the truck back to me but not when they brought the truck back for the service. All in all I’m glad I did not wait for the service Bc I would have been there for 4 hours including the time I waited when I got to the dealership to pick up the truck.
