The first time I used your service center, I worked with someone who did not have great customer service skills. In fact, I planned to never bring my car back there for service. However, necessity dictated that I use a Hummer-specific mechanic for a problem I had months ago. That time, Anthony was my service representative. He was phenomenal, and after work was done, I asked for his direct number, so that I could work with him again in the future. This past service visit, I worked with him again, and was equally as happy. He is genuine and kind, and efficient in working with clients. I feel immensely comfortable leaving my car there now, and it is all because of him. Thanks!
