I spoke with Brian and informed him that my CD player was not working after my recent service. He informed me that he would speak with Mike and have the problem resolved when I returned to have the part I requested (lower spoiler molding) in.

Mike was wonderful. However, the person who you hire to detail the car was not worth the $250. Mike said he would have them take care of it next time. However, I don't think I would want them to detail my car again. Without going in to detail and sending pictures they didn't even put the rubber mats back and they were dirty. Maybe they can credit my card and I will have my detail guy take care of it. Aside from that the service was great. Thank you!

GM sold off parts for my Eldirado. I guess they may do that for the CT 6 eventually . Stupid...as they announce the changes
