while having my car serviced, I asked service to look at my tire that was losing air. They found a nail in the tire and charged me $45 to repair the tire which outlandish. I paid the price but find that price to be highway robbery for a repeat customer. $25 would have been a much more reasonable price.
I have never been disappointed in the service at Gold Coast! And I say that as a customer of over 25 years!????
Bonnie and the gentlemen in the service department were wonderful! Bonnie is knowledgable, professional and courteous. I very much liked receiving texts keeping me updated on the status of my car. My only complaint was that I had to leave two messages on a voicemail (which no one returned) to make the appointment for service. I finally called a third time and asked the main operator not to transfer me (again!) to a voicemail. Perhaps there was a problem just that day. The actual service appointment was an excellent experience. Thank you.

1: price. The prices given to me via the web were 50% less than I was charged
2: wheel alignment not performed correctly
I just wanted to give you a little update on the vehicle
By the time I reached home, the vehicle steering wheel was crooked and the car was pulling to the right
I traveled on different roads including Route nine, roadie, route 34 and some side roads call produce the same results steering wheel not centered and pulling to the right
At this point, I would not be able to come back in at this looked at until the earliest is next Friday
