Mike is the most concerned service writer professional I have ever delt with
$430 to replace a rear brake light $600 to replace a front headlight a couple of months ago and this is a CERTIFIED pre owned car with the warranty that came with it plus I purchased an additional 2 year warranty. Need I say more. Very unhappy with your dealership and with this Cadillac. I bought 2 cars from you last year, a 2013 and a 2018 plus extra warranties and still had to shell out another $1000 in repairs. Will never do business again and will definitely make sure that I spread the word. Seeing how we have been treated already I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears. Thanks for nothing.
