What really impressed me about Mike Levin was the time he took to be in touch with me throughout the time my car was in for service. It was an overnight job, and Mike kept me informed every step of the way. He really went out of his way. Thank you Mike for a job extremely well done! I am completely satisfied with Gold Coast service. I am disappointed in Cadillac not backing their product 100%. Although I will not hesitate to buy another Cadillac, I will be well aware of Cadillac’s non-performance want to comes to their trusted customers.

Anthony was great, very professional.however I believe I was over charged 190 dollars for a 90 dollar part, and 350 Dollars for 1 hour of labor, I Was there at 1100 and at 1204 my car was off the lift and sat for 30 min. I AM A TRUE BELIEVER that the Dealer is the best for repairs but if you are not competitive with the cost it's hard to continue to go to the dealer.
