I called the service area frantic and Bonnie answered...4:10 on a rainy Friday and windshield wipers die as I’m driving...she says, I don’t have any appointments but come in now and I’ll see what I can do..I pull in 5 min later and leave 10 min later with a rental and assurance that all will be okay ..so grateful for how I’m treated every time I’ve walked into the showroom or entered the garage with a problem needing attention ...Kudos to you Cadillac for choosing and training your people to be amazing with customers ....that’s service if I’ve ever seen service ..
