I was charged for the work I did not agree to have done. The person who checked me in was very rude and just wanted to hear what she had to say. No wander at the end what I asked for and what she heard were very different ,resulting in unnecessary work on my car that I did not need or agreed to.

I have had my 2008 H3 Alpha serviced at Goldcoast since moving to Monmouth County. I have always been satisfied with the treatment I have received at Goldcoast. Today was no exception. I was processed quickly,provided with a loaner and given updates during the day by Crystal. Good job!
