Personally did not like the way I was spoken too when I came in to get my tire fixed. I called earlier in the week and I was told I would not need an appointment. I came in around 11am and was told I needed and appointment. After some eye rolling, my car was being serviced. I went to walk to get some coffee when I received a call telling me there was nothing in the computer about the tire and wheel protection I pay for monthly. I came back got the paperwork and was treated like I was not worth the time. I was told that places are open to make a claim for the tire and wheel protection that I have. Since this was the first time I was bringing my car in for this service, I did not know what info I needed to provide. Instead of being patience with me, I was rushed away and spoken too in a manner I did not expect. I could see that the women was in a bad mood and even overhead her talking to other people in the service department saying things like,” your going to have to wait, i’m Only one person” she seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. I honestly love my vehicle but I did not appreciate the way I was spoken too and the lack of patience for the customer. My car was serviced on that day but I just did not need the stress of someone else’s bad day
