Bonnie was amazing!! The best service advisor i have ever encountered. I was looking for the coupons in my email and she told me “it’s okay i have them!” The last time i was at Gold Coast i had a service agent who was a real stickler for actually possessing a valid coupon. In fact she gave me a hard time about a warranty which expired one day before and she was so unpleasant i went to Pine Belt in Toms River for my next service. This time, I decided to try Gold Coast Cadillac again and i am so glad i did!! Bonnie was nice, friendly, efficient, hardworking, and really cared about the customers and did her job extremely well. Give her a raise please!!????
