No issues with the Gold Coast Service Dept but was told by Gold Coast Service Dept that GM/Cadillac is unable to remedy the Bluetooth related problem with the radio, that the problem is due to a technical incompatibility between Apple iPhone IOS and the radio and that only Apple, via IOS update, can address the issue.
Michael is the greatest. Your labor costs are ridulous.
Bought a preowned certified and after got home car wouldn’t start and had to be jumped. Dave the dealer had us come in and comp our service and the service department took us right away and was quick and efficient.

Crystal the advisor is probably the rudest person I have ever met while working in the car industry. She constantly made rude comments under her breath. Crystal didn’t even want to be bothered writing up my vehicle for service and wanted to discredit the fact I even had a noise coming from it that I just recently purchased from your dealer. The tech who certified my vehicle took a road test with me to verify the noise but was unable to hear due to the fact he has bad tinnitus. Upon return from the R/T she asked if he heard the noise and his reply was no. Crystals response was “Figures”. He (the tech) and the gentleman that did the walk around/ check in on my vehicle were both very nice. Fast forward I received a call from crystal and the tech stating the truck was repaired and ready for pick up. Unfortunately, the noise returned approx 24 hours after picking it up and my window issue that I am also having was never addressed even after I text crystal. I have been a tech for over 20 yrs. 3 yrs as a mechanic in the Army and the remainder with Mercedes Benz. I will also add that I chose and drove approx 1 1/2 hrs to purchase this vehicle and get it serviced by you. I feel that I have made a mistake! Any questions please feel free to contact me.
