Great service Dept. I had Bonnie and she was awesome .I had no appointment and was taken care of right away .Was given a loaner car to use for the weekend and really could not ask for more .This is my 3 rd car from Gold Coast and will soon have a 4 th one from them soon and the service Dept is one of the reasons why

I returned car to service. Problem not fixed. Plus charged an exorbitant amount with no difference in vehicle performance. Staff also had an attitude.

The repaired power cup holder cover is still not working correctly. Also I found a screw laying on the floor that may have not been reinstalled. I am planning to contact my service advisor on Monday to discuss.

Stephen was HONEST and very attentive to the service of my vehicle. He was able to point out an issue that was important for me to know about my vehicle that I was unaware of due to misleading and incorrect information that was given to me back at my August service. He was pleasant , patient and sincerely concerned about my issue. He presented my concerns to the service manager who was also very understanding. I will come back but only to see Stephen again. Thank you Steve.
Always very efficient and courteous
I was completely satisfied with the service manager and the work, however I thought that $359.00 and $ 400.00 pluss overall was very high to replace a front service light bulb.Terible engineering.
