The service was completed in a timely manner and the staff was accommodating and courteous.
$560 for a battery a $185 battery and a $35 fuse that is a joke you guys took a vantage of me you did not even tell me the price before you did the work I’m going to Better Business Bureau Telling me some **** that you have to put a battery in before you can diagnose it I’m sure there’s a shop battery to use or a jumper pack I expect a refund otherwise I will go on social media and to the eyewitness news team seven on your side
First visit was fine back to have a new system for radio etc which was under warranty and were it will be no charge and the car is ready and we are told we owe 50.00 deductible I think your reps should be informed correctly befor they check the customer out we were right and she apologized

I am more than completely satisfied with the service I received from Gold Coast. Bonnie and my salesperson Ryan are outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. This is my 3rd caddy and I’m looking forward to my next from Gold Coast.
Outstanding service; Bonnie assigned a great technician who finally discovered the base problem of the water leak which continued to short out the onboard computer and some of the modules. I think that the problem has been finally isolated and corrected and I can get back to driving and enjoying my XT5. Bonnie did well.
Bonnie is very professional and personable. She went out of her way to be kind to me. I’ll return to Gold Coast as long as she is my contact person
