I went in for an oil change and came out with an Oil change, we tires and a wheel alignment!! Mike urged me to get new tires because mine were soo bad. Said it was a safety issue which it turned out to be . I never worry about getting ripped off at Gold Coast with Mike around. Thank you for keeping him in service. I’ve been going to Mike since I bought my first Escallade in 2003 and won’t use anyone else. Not that they would be bad but I know they won’t be as good.
And he was very nice helpful kept in contact with me and I enjoy doing business there

Bonnie was attentive. Took time to explain the need for service and even provided a cell phone snap shot of the problem. She kept me posted on the progress of the repair. Thanksfor the loaner. While I love my STS I have now fallen for the XT5. Wish i could afford it????!

Bonnie is excellent at what she does. She knew I was coming, she had the paperwork ready for me to sign and to good care of my car. She also knew I was getting a loaner car. Juan also does his job extremely well by knowing which cars are available down to the color.
