When I purchased my 2017 ESV I showed the salesman swirls from a terrible prep job. The sales manager set up an appointment with the body shop to resolve the issue and to my dismay the issue wasn’t resolved. The sales manager informed me that the body shop was the only thing he was trying to resolve the issue and wasn’t going to entertain painting my truck. I told the sales manager I took the truck to three reputable companies and each said the paint was burned during the prep. I am totally disappointed with Gold Coast Cadillac. Looking to escalate to GM.

I have purchased 6 Cadillacs from Gold Coast Cadillac. I keep returning to this dealer largely because of the excellent service department, specifically Michael Levin. Mike has always provided superior service and always with a cheery attitude. On one occasion, before the service department was officially open, I called about my car that had a major malfunction. Mike answered my call and subsequently provide a flat bed truck for transport to Gold Coast. I hitched a ride in the truck. Upon arrival Mike had a loaner ready to go. I proceeded to my office with an on time arrival. Kudos to Mike!
