Improper communication with sales advisor crystal
When I arrived to pick up my car I was completely ignored. It was obvious I was receiving an attitude. I pulled up literally next to a girl at a desk playing on her phone and she didn’t even look up to acknowledge that I was there. I’m really not interested in if you like or dislike me personally, I pay nearly 700 dollars a month for my car and I deserve to be treated like a paying customer. I have a video if you can’t find it on your security footage.
The service department took me in on short notice. The service rep kept me up to date on the status of the repair and service, and made certain that I was completely satisfied when the vehicle was completed. I could not ask for more! I always go to Gold Coast for services. The past week I noticed some noises coming from my engine and I was not sure what the problem was so I brought it to Gold Coast they drove with me to listen to the problem and after a little bit of investigation by the technician he discovered that I was low on oil in fact I had very little oil left so he recommended an oil change in the car drives much better now.The folks at Gold Coast are very quick honest they do good work I trust them to do all my work on my car and I am very happy with the service that they provide
