I scheduled my appointment over a weekend in advance. My appointment was initially schedule for Saturday and I was contacted since they do not do Saturday windshield replacement. However, when I brought my car in 5 days later on Thursday, there were no windshields on site to replace mine. This was a gross oversight and will require me to change my work schedule a second time since the first time was not able to be completed as scheduled.

I’m sure nothing will change, I’ve been a loyal customer since 1995 and have been treated like a leper’and backburnered the entire time! 72 hours to get a tire replacement is unheard of. I usually have Johnny as my service provider and was nervous when I arrived and was told he was out on vacation. Adam was great as my service advisor. Told me what was needed and explained what may need to done in the future.
