I scheduled my appointment over a weekend in advance. My appointment was initially schedule for Saturday and I was contacted since they do not do Saturday windshield replacement. However, when I brought my car in 5 days later on Thursday, there were no windshields on site to replace mine. This was a gross oversight and will require me to change my work schedule a second time since the first time was not able to be completed as scheduled.

Chris is great! Incredibly responsive and he even helped me clean out my door compartment before I took my car (it had gathered mildew due to a roof leak I had repaired. Above and beyond.

I’m sure nothing will change, I’ve been a loyal customer since 1995 and have been treated like a leper’and backburnered the entire time! 72 hours to get a tire replacement is unheard of. Already plan on selling my RS3 and taking my business elsewhere! This is the final **** you im taking from Royal Fuckhg Motors! Kiss my **** you inconsiderate assholes!

I usually have Johnny as my service provider and was nervous when I arrived and was told he was out on vacation. Adam was great as my service advisor. Told me what was needed and explained what may need to done in the future.
