2nd time bringing car in for same problem and you STILL didn't do the job right. you've cost me so much time and money, literally! and I don't trust the work of your people anymore or the final approval of your management. This is ridiculous and really poor standards, customer service, and management.

Jim is an outstanding employee and probably the most popular person there. Also the girl helping me at the counter went above and beyond and I'll say I was very impressed by the entire experience.
I did not receive a call when my car was ready as requested.
When I tried to call to find out if it was ready there was no response and I did not get a callback on my voicemail.
When I arrived there was no one at the desk and I stood around waiting for over 10 minutes.
Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and pleasant. Maybe they were understaffed that day.
