Hector was very thoughtful and earnest about his work and obviously cared very much about me as a customer. He was easy going and yet had quite a bit of practical information that he shared in a way that was easy to understand and I did not feel was a hard sell.

Very professional, courteous, and friendly service experience. I received a call when the vehicle was ready to be picked up, as Chris said he would do. Check in and check out were also pretty easy. Overall, a great experience!

He was amazing! He managed to turn a bad situation into a better one. He hooked me up with a loaner right away and got me setup to leave my car there. He reassured me that things would be fine with my Miata. Guess what?? HE WAS RIGHT. He was super patient with me too! Give this man an award! Or at least my number hahah

I recently brought in my Q5 in for an oil change/service totaling $670. I was unable to get a detailed answer as to what exactly that cost was covering, beyond "checking levels and leaks in sunroof." My car was returned dirty (other Audi dealerships wash your car, especially after paying such a hefty bill). Also this is the first and only Audi dealer I've been to that didn't provide a loaner car, or offer to cover the entire cost of what was a cheap rental car. Charging close to $700 for a service and not providing transportation for a customer seems egregious. Overall the entire experience was something I'd expect out of a Kia dealership, not a premium brand like Audi. It's soured me on the car and making me consider other manufacturers when my lease is up this fall.
Klever answered all my questions with patience and provided a great customer experience. I was really happy with the overall experience and told my friends about it that night.

Adam was great, but the rest of the experience did not feel like a luxury car service experience. No loaners is ridiculous. The difficulty in scheduling also made this experience feel third rate.
