Can’t understand why would allstate send work to this shop if they don’t respect their process (i was referred for windshield calibration). They should send us to a different shop, that can bill them for it, in advance if needed.
I’d like to be contact to understand if chris is the manager of this shop. Will drive further to a difference audi service to avoid this level of service in the future.

After 6 times bringing my vehicle back to Royal to correct work either not done, or done sub par, I don't trust your mechanics, the "work" they do, nor your service advisors. I've lost time and money, and had to reschedule work to bring my car in so you could correct your mistakes on simple, common services and repairs. If it weren't the fact that you're the closest licensed VW Authorized service center, I'd never bring my car to you again. It's sad and offensive, and horrible service and business practice.
Hector was a great service rep. He went over all details of the service on my car. And I asked for a nonn pickup and the car was ready by eleven. No complaints. Thank you.
