We experienced an unusual sunroof explosion that Dan Merryman determined was caused by a rock. Initially, Andy Hansen personally heard our concern via a Sunday email and promptly responded with referrals to service. Monday morning, Dan inspected the car. Andy, Dan and Klever were very professional, concerned and helpful.

All of my experiences with Royal Motors have been positive. This one was no exception. The only exception to that is the broken sun visor clips. On past visits to the service center I have asked for them to be replaced but they never were. This time Klever took care of it. Thank you Klever!
