I called at 3:00 to check on the status of the repair and left a message. At 3:30 I called again and left another message. At 3:45 I called the main number to again ask the status. I was finally connected to Ashley and she stated that the car should be ready for pick up at 4:30. I would have thought that out of common courtesy she would have acknowledged my two previous and unreturned calls.
When I arrived to get my car I was approached by another service advisor who arranged delivery of my car as he was the only one at the desk. Even though I waited for the actual delivery for about 15 minutes and I know that Ashley saw me in the waiting area I was totally ignored by her.
For me, this was a frustrating and slightly uncomfortable experience.

I requested oil to be put into the car because it was nearly empty and it wasn’t. I wasn’t told where to go to get reimbursed for my Uber rides, so I didn’t get that either.
I am very unhappy. The last time I had a fuel pump go bad was on a '66 mustang. A carbon build up at 30k and bad fuel pump at 40 k is ridiculous and the fault of the car. This is ridiculous. Please report it to Volkswagen since I'm sure they're sitting on 100's of other similar reports. I guess I should have bought the "clean diesel" version from you.

I was turned away not to service my vehicle because I had an interlock device in my car. I called and scheduled an appointment and adviced the service center about the interlock however I was told I could not get serviced once I arrived. It was very dissatisfying specially when I have always had my maintenance down at this center and I purchased my vehicle one year ago from this San Francisco Mazda. The staff treated me very unprofessional and I was given a ton of attitude. I was treated with no respect because of my interlock device. I regret purchasing my car and bringing my business to this center.

Everyone is really nice and it's understandable that things will take awhile since you always seem packed with clients. However, this service took 4 weeks which includes when the vechile was returned without the transmission fixed and was dangerous to drive. I eventually received a loaner car (which is greatly appreciate), but before that I spent ~$300 on shared Uber to work. It's really hard to get a good sense of timeline and I almost always had to call multiple times and wait a day before I can get in touch with the service representative.
You guys are all really nice and friendly, but I'll have to consider a different service vendor moving forward.
