They texted me at 4:30 letting me know they would be closing early at 5. After I pushed back, stating I was previously informed i could pick up as late as 5:45 and was already on my way there, did they agree to stay “late”. I appreciate they did not leave me hanging, however I feel this should never have been communicated in the first place. I dread coming to this service center— they make me leave my car all day, never reply to confirm my appt and don’t even provide a car wash. The workers are also very patronizing and belittling to me as a woman. I typically avoid coming to this Mazda shop.

I have a pile of greasy towels in my trunk and grease handprints on the fenders and hood of the car. Looks like a service tech drove the car home as well without my permission. There’s 50 plus miles on the car and systems in the car we’re active, not imperative to the repair of the car, when I picked it up.
