Jim went out of his way to accelerate an appointment to replace a broken window on my Volvo. The quoted time was 1 1/2 weeks. His guys did a great job.
This has been the worst service experience I have ever had. The amount of work and hassle it has been to bring my car in has been a horrible customer experience. I am shocked by the inefficiency and unresponsiveness. I am counting day’s to lease completion. The car doesn’t work as expected and even the seat belt feels unstable. I feel unsafe in the car. You do not live up to your brand promise and feel taken advantage of.

The service is not complete. We are waiting for parts. The car has been to service 6 times since purchase in May. Not acceptable. I don’t know why I filll ot these surveys because you obviously do jot care!
I sent an email to Service Director, Mr. Balanon, on the 9th and have yet to receive a response back and it is now the 11th at 2:27pm, so assume he won't respond back today either. So our service issues have not yet been addressed. Please have someone respond to our concerns. Below is a copy of email sent. Thank you.
Hi Mr. Balanon,
I wanted to reach out to your about a service department concern. Our 2012 Audi Q5 was towed into your dealership on Monday. They inspected the vehicle on Tuesday and informed us that the timing chain was damaged and needed to be replaced. This is a known issue with our 2012 Audi Q5 (which was news to us) and is covered under an extended warranty through Audi.
