Klever was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure my car was done in time to pick up my son which I greatly appreciated.

I brought my car in for first service and check the alignment. I am happy that the alignment was corrected, and the handling is much improved. It had not been correct since new. However now the steering wheel is slightly off-center. I was disappointed the alignment was not covered under the warranty and now I’m dealing with Audi USA to try to cover my repair costs. It just seems to be an unnecessary hassle.

Your technician took my car for a 30 minute joy ride while “testing the new brakes.” I’m not sure what errands he needed to run but waiting around means I’m not coming back or recommending your service center.
Previously, Johnny Liu and his team have been great I was told my car would be ready at 5:30 but my sister didn’t leave until an hour later. I expected better and will be taking my business elsewhere accordingly.

Jim couldn't be more professional. He has been with my clients last several cars, and is knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I dropped my car off early because I knew a tire and piece of trim would need to be ordered. After a few days passed, I had to reach out and seemed like they forgot about my car. Now I have to come back again to have the trim installed.
