Took care of everything. Noticed the tire wear (which I knew about, but appreciated the reminder) and matched a great price on new tires just in time for the snow. Very fair and honest.

When I arrived for my appointment Rik was on the phone but greeted me. As a waited another customer also came into his office. Rik finished his call and was able to check me in while the other customer waited. Even when very busy he was efficient and professional. When my car was finished and seemed to be taking a little too long Rik personally went and found it and brought it around for me.
Rik is great. I have never had a customer service rep treat me so kindly. I thank him and the Larry H Miller Chevrolet dealership so nice.

The issue I took my truck in for was not resolved as I thought it should be.
The headlights have a lot of moisture inside them this was a certified used purchase and only had vehicle less than a month. I feel these lights should have been repaired or replaced. This is unacceptable for a vehicle certified by LHM and backed by GM that this was not repaired. The folks at LHM Chevrolet have been great to deal with when I'm spending money there but it's a different story when it's time to fix something.
My son and I purchased two vehicles the same day and I went back from some accessories, at cost, but still went to LHM for it.
I feel disappointed with this outcome and hopefully no further issues arise.

Did not get notified of status of vehicle. I had to call several times. Was promised that I would receive a call letting me know if it would be done that day, no call.

You can tell Chevrolet that the cost of parts and repair is way out of wack. If I have trouble again we will fix it ourselves . I have purchased Chevrolet automobiles ever since 1957. You would think that being such a faithful customer, Chevrolet dealers would treat you better.
