Even though I was there all day, and had to return once. Nate does what he can to help the customer and their vehicle. I had overheating issues and had to return...but end result (as of now) is good and car is running well and as designed. Thanks go to Nate for the assist As well as the tech who worked on my car both times.

Ralph was awesome, even got the repair costs lower than quoted!! My only complaint is I had called for John numerous times in past 5 days and was told every time that he was with a customer or on the phone. I was also told he was out sick when in fact he was on vacation. The receptionist and service call center people need to know exactly what is going on with the Service personnel. I feel as though I was given the run-around every time I called.

I took my vehicle in to 3 other service centers. None of them were able to diagnose the issue with my heater. I called Tuesday and set up an appointment for Friday. Upon dropping it off the day before they actually had time immediately to take a look at it. Within less than two hours, they were able to not only figure out the issue but fix it as well. I feel that Rik genuinely listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the issues my vehicle was having. I’m so appreciative that this dealership offers such wonderful service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Nathan is GREAT! He listened to my concerns and when he couldn't replicate the issue he kept trying over 50+ times. During which it only happened once, but that was enough to have him help get my car back to normal function. Haven't had a problem with it since, thanks Nate!
