Tire pressure sensors were broken while changing my tires and then was not told about it until I went to leave and had to come back and ask about it. Also asked to check out my wiper fluid not spraying fluid. Was told it was fixed with a new clamp. Come to find out on the drive home it still doesn’t work. Was that even tested or just found the easiest excuse. Had my truck for 3 days when the work done shouldn’t have taken more then a day if all the correct parts were ordered originally. So still need to make another appointment to get everything right.

3/5 stars. Rik was generally helpful until he didn’t want to talk through problems on the phone. He told me to come pick the truck up and bring it back “if it was still doing it.” The dealership didn’t fix the problem, so obviously it’s still going to be exhibiting the problem. Between work and a pregnant wife, I don’t have a lot of time to be messing with my truck. I typically work with Nate Westeknow anyhow, and that’s always a great experience. He just wasn’t in when I dropped it off. Anyhow, I’ll keep working with Nate, and we should be good.

Read my prior comments. Your technician diagnosed that the “service tire pressure monitor system” was a result of two faulty sensors in the wheels that would cost $325 to repair. The technician also said my battery was bad. LHM didn’t have the sensors, but were shipping them in from Ogden. I took my truck, with Tom saying he would call when they arrived. I assume that because of the snow storm, the sensors did not get to Murray on Friday, as I never got a call. However, I did replace the battery, and low and behold, the “service tire pressure monitor system” light and warning disappeared. The $325 “fix” was unnecessary and mis-diagnosed. It will be a long time before I bring another vehicle to your service department. I just don’t know if this was intentional on the part of the technician to stick it to a customer, or if he just missed identifying the real problem. This was not Tom’s fault, I don’t believe, but on the technician. Ted

John and his team always take fantastic care of my vehicle. I personally prefer his service over others at the dealership. I am completely satisfied with my experience fixing my four-year-old cruise. He was taken care of quickly and I was not inconvenienced thanks to Lee loaner vehicle He was taken care of quickly and I was not inconvenienced thanks to the loaner vehicle.
