Lost business with this particular Murray location, I will no longer be getting my vehicle serviced here. I had, by far one of the worst experiences with the service advisor Rik Noring. Felt like I was being taking advantage of and mislead.

I have been taking my vehicles to Larry H. Miller Chevrolet for service for the past 18 years. All of their service advisors are great, but I request Tom because he always seems to go above and beyond my expectations. He is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional.
Took a bit longer than I xpected but it all worked out
The salesperson I dealt with was kind and as helpful as he could be. The only thing that I had a problem was the length of time. I made an appt for an oil change and was still there for 2 hours. I don’t see the point of appointments if you still have to wait so long. I get things fall behind but even an occasional update on timing or simply letting me know it would be longer than expected would have been nice, especially since I had small children to pick up from school. Without any sort of communication I was just getting more anxious and irritated a simple oil change kept me stuck there so long.
Matt Matterfis and shuttle driver Mike Martin are why I stick w LHM. They've been so kind and helpful every time.

Was told and hour to and hour and fifteen minutes and ended up waiting two hours. Besides that it was a great experience and all the staff was very friendly.

It took 90 minutes for a oil change.. and that was with an appointment.. seems a bit long
