Service department took twice as long as they suggested to do the service. They made me late getting to my other appointments that morning..
Took awhile but Rik was great at keeping me informed. He was very professional and made the whole experience of having issues with my car manageable and I trust him and his expertise. Will definitely be visiting next time I have an issue with my vehicle.

Be honest with you the reason I am coming to your Deeler is because of your your good service and employment special Nate , he is awesome.
Nathan did an excellent job. My problem is that he found a break fluid leak that I had mentioned on previous visits to be told that there was not a leak now the leak has ruined my wheel, need a new caliper and a bleeder. Nathan did everything he could to help me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. I appreciate all he did just don't understand why it wasn't caught in previous visits even after I had mentioned it. I have been using Larry H Miller for awhile and this is the first time I left frustrated.

I want to be sure you know that Ric did a wonderful job and I have no complaints with his service. I am on the other hand very disappointed in General Motors and will not likely purchase another GM vehicle and will consider not purchasing from another LHM dealership.
